Thanks for the feedback.  Unfortunately, as driver is authored by Microsoft and is only available via Windows Update it isn&#039;t possible to redistribute any other way.

If you wouldn&#039;t mind answering the following questions:

- What OS are you running?
- What Hardware ID is being advertised?
   (Open device manager, find the unknown device, go to Properties -&gt; Details -&gt; Hardware ID)
- Are you running as remote desktop?
